Belmont Coffee Company was founded on a simple belief: that coffee deserves the same patience and intentionality as a fine wine or a slow-cooked meal. We didn't open to be another stop on a morning commute — we opened because we saw what this town was missing.
Every batch we roast happens here, on Main Street, in small quantities that let us taste, adjust, and perfect before it ever reaches your cup. Our pastry kitchen bakes from scratch each morning. Our baristas train for months before they're pulling shots alone.
This isn't a philosophy we post on the wall. It's the standard by which we measure every decision we make.

We Don't Outsource
Our Standards.
Green coffee arrives at our roastery weekly. We cup each lot, profile it, and decide whether it meets the standard we've set for Belmont Coffee Company. If it doesn't, it doesn't come through the door.
Our roaster is a small-batch machine — we pull 5 to 10 kilos at a time. That means we watch the curve, taste the development, and adjust the next run. It takes more time. It produces less per hour. The coffee is better for it.
